ASTRO Arugula Lettuce

Leaves are less deeply lobed and exhibit a more strap-leaf shape. The standard salad arugula with long, dark, lobed leaves are suitable for salad mix or bunching. Peppery rich flavor.

Coastal Star Romaine Lettuce

Large, heavy heads, dark green.  Suitable as full heads or romaine hearts. Good, sweet flavor. Romaine lettuce is a variety of lettuce that grows in a tall head of sturdy dark green leaves with firm ribs down their centers.

Green Butter Lettuce

Dark Green Heads have a round base with open leaves. Delicate, buttery flavor

Purple Romaine Lettuce

It resembles romaine lettuce except in its tips, which have a red or purple tinge. Aside from adding a burst of color to your favorite salad or sandwich, this vegetable offers numerous benefits.

Rex Butter Lettuce

The butterhead lettuce is a loose-heading lettuce with large soft leaves and a fairly mild but persistent, slightly sweet, slightly astringent flavor that makes it a perfect salad base for highlights ranging from fruit, citrus, to fish or nuts. The butterhead lettuce has a silky-soft texture that feels like it’s melting in your mouth.

Salanova Red Sweet Crisp Lettuce

Double red leaves with a very defined, three-dimensional shape. Sweet, almost romaine-like flavor, with a crisp, almost iceberg-like texture.

Spinach

Raw spinach has a mild, slightly sweet taste that can be refreshing in salads, while its flavor becomes more acidic and robust when it is cooked.

Basil

It has a sweet, fragrant smell and a unique peppery taste. The leaves of the basil plant are large, delicate, and have a silky, smooth texture.

Italian Parsley

Tall plant has sturdy, slender stems topped with flat, deeply divided leaves. The leaves are soft and pliable and useful whole or chopped. Entire stem is good cut up and used in chicken salad or other places where celery or some crunchy vegetable would be appropriate.

Santo Cilantro

Santo is fast growing with broad, celery-like stems that are perfect for bunching.
Its unmistakable sharp scent and taste have made it the staple herb in salsa and other Mexican dishes.

Rosemary

This woodsy aromatic herb has notes of evergreen, citrus, lavender, pine, sage, pepper, mint, and sage.

Summer Thyme

One of the most flavorful of all the thyme varieties it is the preferred for authentic French cuisine.
